Open Positions
You will lead quantitative and qualitative research across public and private markets, build and maintain portfolio models, and contribute directly to the investment committee process. We are looking for someone with four to seven years of relevant experience, strong analytical foundations, and the communication skills to translate complex analysis into clear client-facing material.
Working directly with senior advisors, you will help prepare client reviews, coordinate with our ecosystem of legal, tax, and banking partners, and take ownership of client onboarding processes. This role suits someone with two to four years of private banking, wealth management, or advisory experience who wants a more intellectually demanding and less sales-driven environment.
You will own our consolidated reporting infrastructure, manage relationships with data and technology vendors, and support the implementation of systems that improve how our advisory teams access and use information. We are looking for someone who is comfortable at the intersection of finance and technology and takes genuine pleasure in building efficient, well-documented processes.

If there is initial alignment, we will arrange a 45-minute conversation with a senior member of the team. This is a genuine two-way discussion — we will ask questions, and we expect you to as well.
For investment and advisory roles, we will share a short analytical exercise to complete at home — typically three to four hours of work. We design these to be interesting rather than exhausting, and we provide detailed feedback regardless of outcome.
A final conversation with the principals, focused on cultural fit, long-term ambitions, and logistics. We move quickly and communicate decisions clearly.
